What I Offer

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual. Sometimes families need support, tools, and a space to reset and reconnect.

Parent and Professional Consultation

A minimalist room with a light-colored wall, a round wooden clock showing 3:19, a white desk lamp, and a potted plant with large green leaves in a white pot.

Who’s Taking Care of You?

You’re the one everyone leans on.

You’ve been holding a lot for a long time—showing up, managing big emotions, keeping things together.

And it’s exhausting.

On the outside, you may look like you’re holding it all together, but on the inside, you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected… or just tired.

Maybe your relationship feels strained.
Maybe your child is struggling.
Maybe your mind won’t slow down.

You don’t have to keep carrying all of this by yourself.

You’re not broken. You’ve adapted to what you’ve had to carry—often without enough support, while still trying to hold everything together for everyone else.

There’s nothing wrong with needing support when you’ve been holding so much for so long.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to hold everything—where you can exhale, feel understood, and begin to shift things in a way that actually lasts.

The greatest danger in life is not taking the adventure.
