Consultation services are available for both parents and professionals seeking guidance, support, and practical insight.

Parent Consultation

I offer case consultation for families and professionals working with youth and young adults with complex or high-risk needs. For families navigating concerns such as suicidality, severe emotional or behavioral challenges, criminal justice involvement, or escalating safety concerns, consultation provides guidance in understanding risk, developing strategies to increase safety, and supporting caregivers in how to respond at home. I also work with parents who are considering higher levels of care by reviewing treatment options, including residential programs, what to look for, and how to evaluate whether a placement may be an appropriate fit.

Consultation may include education about risk assessment, system navigation, and identifying appropriate community resources so families can make informed decisions during difficult times.

Fee: $100 per session (up to 90 minutes)

Professional/Organizational Consultation

I also provide consultation to organizations that serve children, adolescents, and young adults, including schools, childcare programs, community agencies, residential programs, and youth-serving organizations. This support focuses on understanding challenging behaviors through a trauma-informed and regulation-based lens, developing practical strategies for managing high-risk or high-need situations, strengthening staff response and consistency, and connecting programs with appropriate mental health and community resources. The goal is to increase staff confidence, improve safety, and support more regulated, supportive environments.

Consultations are offered virtually via phone, secure video conferencing or on-site. This provides a flexible and accessible space for families, professionals, and organizations to explore options, build understanding, and develop practical strategies for youth and young adults facing complex challenges.

Fee: $125 per session (up to 90 minutes)
